Many more acts, plus authors & illustrators, have been announced for Wychwood Festival, which returns for its 14th year to Cheltenham Racecourse, in Gloucestershire from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd June 2018, during the summer half-term holiday.

Joining the Main Stage on the Friday will be The Real Thing (pictured above at Wychwood in 2014), Kasai Masai, and Better Than Never, on Saturday there's the addition of Skerryvore, Toyah, and Harper's Ferry, plus as the main kids act for this year, Dick & Dom Live, . New for Sunday are the The Correspondents, Doctor and the Medics, Edwin Starr Band, Nerina Pallot, and Hollows.

There's also new additions for the Big Top with Fenne Lily, Gizmo Varillas, Harrison Storm, Cosmic Strip, Vonhorn, The Americas, and Soeur, and extra comedy from Tom Taylor, Jake Lambert, and Inel Tomlinson.

These join the acts previously confirmed, who are headliners Baxter Dury, The Gipsy Kings ft Nicolas Reyes & Tonino Baliardo, and Shed Seven, along with The Go! Team, Pokey LaFarge, The Beat ft Ranking Roger, Feeder, Field Music, Ten Tonnes, Hollie Cook, Pip Blom, Nina Nesbitt, and many more. For all of the details including day and stage splits please see the line-up page.

Alongside the music, Wychwood has a programme of arts, culture and family activities, from World Class Street Theatre, thought-provoking talks, story-telling from leading children's authors, workshops and more. Announced today are authors and illustrators Tony de Saulles, Christopher Edge, Steve Antony , Andy Seed, Tracey Corderoy, Steven Lenton, Philip Ardagh, Tamsyn Murray,  Bryony Pearce, Gareth P Jones, Gemma Hastilow, Petr Horacek, Mark Robson, Smriti Prasadam-Halls, Steven Lenton, Steven Butler, and John Dougherty.

Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £137.50 for an adult , £112.50 for concessions, £72.50 for a 10-15 yr old or £27.50 for a 5-9 yr old. Under 5s can go free.

Camping must be purchased as a separate ticket, and is priced at £27.50 for adults, £18.50 for concessions and is free for under 16s but must be purchased.

Day tickets are available, priced at £47 for Friday, £61 for Saturday, and £51 for Sunday.

A campervan/caravan pass is £45.
