More has been announced for for the 'pop stars & rock stars' themed family friendly Camp Bestival 2017, which returns for it's 10th edition from Thursday 27th to Sunday 30th July, to the picturesque setting of Lulworth Castle, Dorset.

Now with its own music stage, Oberon’s Observatory is a ramshackle stargazer’s platform that will feature an array of music from the chap-hop of Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, along with indie Americana from Old Sea Brigade, British Country Music chanteuse Laura Oakes, dreamy atmospheres from Beckie Margaret, as well as Graceland, Miss Kiddy and The Cads, Dat Brass, Cut A Shine Hoedown, Bring Your Own Brass, Thrill Collins, Folk Idol, Molteno, Maisy Banks, and Mina Music.

Rob da Bank says: "Never ones to rest on our laurels, we have another in a raft of brand new stages at Camp Bestival. If you've ever marvelled at the wonders of our Caravanserai area then you're gonna love the steampunk spaceship fantasy boat ride of Oberon's Observatory. From punk to garage folk to electronica it's all going off on Oberon's!"

Oberon’s Observatory will also play host to fantastic family shows and music including The Two Man Travelling Medicine Show, Nick Cope Family Concert, Gareth P Jones: Ninja Alien Dinosaur Party!, and Theatre Tots: The Star That Rocked.

Camp Bestival is headlined by Mark Ronson, Madness, and Brian Wilson playing 'Pet Sounds' in full. Also confirmed are All Saints, Holly Johnson, Leftfield, Louisa Johnson, and Bootleg Beatles, with DJs and soundsystems including Skream, David Rodigan presents Ram Jam, Raindance, Big Fish Little Fish, and more, and along with the music there's comedy and kids shows too. Please see the Camp Bestival line-up for all of the music act details announced so far.
