Ten more acts have been announced for Bloodstock Open Air festival which will take place from Thursday 10th until Sunday 13th August at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire.

Newly confirmed for the Sophie Lancaster Stage are Season's End, and Endeavour, on the Friday, on Saturday there's Blind River, and Gods, while on Sunday the stage will be headlined by Arthemis, and Blind Haze has been added.

There's also four confirmations for the Hobgoblin New Blood Stage, who are Blaakyum from Beirut (Lebanon), British power-proggers Dakesis, Norway’s Nordjevel, and British groove metal animals Torqued.

Confirmed are Amon Amarth (Friday headliner), Ghost (Saturday headliner), Megadeth (Sunday headliner), plus Kreator, Skindred, Annihilator, Municipal Waste, Blind Guardian, Testament, Hatebreed, Obituary, Decapitated, Brujeria, Whitechapel, Possessed, Hell, and many more. For the line-up details as available see the Bloodstock line-up page.

Tickets are on sale priced at £139 for adults with camping (+ booking fees), and car parking is priced at £16, child (aged 4 - 11 years) tickets are priced at £35. Campervan pitches are sold out. VIP options are also available.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across four stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.
