British Summer Time 2017 announce FREE 'Open House' programmes

including THePETEBOX, House Gospel Choir, London Gay Men's Chorus & more

British Summer Time which takes place in London's Hyde Park from Friday 30th June to Sunday 9th July 2017 have announced details of their free Open House programmes on Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th and Friday 7th July in addition to the already announced paid concerts that week for Phil Collins, Green Day, Justin Bieber, Kings of Leon, The Killers, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

Each day will have live music, an outdoor cinema, tennis screenings, a street food market and a range of craft beer and cocktail bars, in addition to children's theatre on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Live music will be performed by award-winning beat boxer ThePETEBOX on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th, plus House Gospel Choir on the Tuesday, London Gay Men's Chorus and Old Dirty Brasstards on Wednesday, and shows presented by Soho Radio on the Friday, including The Cuban Brothers, The Curious, Mary Epworth, Little Barrie, and more.

The daily outdoor cinema will be open-air film nights on some the biggest outdoor screens in London, with two films being shown each evening at 6pm and 8.30pm. The film schedule will be announced soon. The film nights will follow screenings of the Wimbledon Championship – aired from noon, including Andy Murray.

The theatre performances will be by renowned company Chickenshed, bringing its popular 60 minute children's show Tales from the Shed, twice on Monday 3rd and three times on Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th.

Friday 30th June:- Phil Collins, with Blondie, and Mike & The Mechanics, The New Power Generation, KC & The Sunshine Band, Starsailor, Chas & Dave, Geyser ft Al Murray, & Cats In Space.
Saturday 1st July:- Green Day, with Rancid, Gogol Bordello, The Hives, The Living End & more.
Sunday 2nd July:- Justin Bieber, with Martin Garrix, Tove Lo, and Annie Mac in support. 
Monday 3rd July: Open House (midday-10pm). FREE. THePETEBOX
Tuesday 4th July: Open House (8am-10pm). FREE. House Gospel Choir, THePETEBOX
Wednesday 5th July: Open House (8am-10pm). FREE. London Gay Men's Chorus, Old Dirty Brasstards
Thursday 6th July:- Kings Of Leon with support Pixies, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Local Natives, Frightened Rabbit, and more
Friday 7th July: Open House (8am-10pm). FREE. The Cuban Brotjers. Tje Ciropis. Mary Epworth, Little Barrie, Young Gun Silver Fox, SOho Radio All Stars.
Saturday 8th July:- The Killers with Elbow, Tears For Fears & White Lies.
Sunday 9th July:- Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers (European exclusive appearance), with Stevie Nicks, The Lumineers, and many others.
