The Shires have been announced as the Satuday night headliners for the 12th family friendly Chagstock which takes place over 2 days on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd July 2017 at Whiddon Down, Chagford, in Devon.

Also newly announced are Skinny Lister, Slamboree, The Undercover Hippy, Mr Tea and the Minions, and, as always, the Chagstock 'house band' New Crisis.

Simon Ford Chagstock Festival organiser says, "After the incredible success of our 10th anniversary last year, we have once again given ourselves a very high bar to reach. However with another superb line up taking shape, and more exiting acts in the pipeline, we are confident we can bring you yet another fantastic Chagstock in 2017!"

They join the previously announced acts, who are Friday headliners Soul II Soul, as well as Dub Pistols, and Raghu Dixit. More acts will be announced over the coming weeks.
