Seven more acts for this month's Reading Festival have ben announced ahead of the BBC Introducing Stage line-up.

The winners and runners-up of the Futuresound competition have been announced. This year’s winners are Leeds-based, alt-rock American quintet Fighting Caravans who win an opening slot on the Lock Up Stage. Performing on the BBC Introducing Stage will be the five runners-up The Indigo Project, Vexxes, Dusk, Adore//Repel, and Night Owls. Joining them will be the the Centre Stage competition winners Yorkshire's Faux Pas.

The full BBC Introducing Stage line up will be announced on Wednesday, 10th August on BBC Radio 1 from 10pm with Huw Stephens.

Joining them on the bill across the August Bank Holiday weekend are five headliners with Foals, and Disclosure co-headlining, so will Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Biffy Clyro and Fall Out Boy. Weekend tickets are priced at £205 (sold out at Reading). A Wednesday early entry permit is priced at £20 (sold out at Reading), a campervan pass is £75, and a locker is priced at £16, and a car park pass is for Reading is priced at £10. Prices do not include booking fees.

Day tickets are priced at £59.50, Saturday day tickets at Reading have sold out.

Children under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Please note there is no separate children's area at this event, and eFestivals considers this an event not really suitable for small children.
