Jess Glynne is to play a second Eden Sessions date on the night of Wednesday, 22nd June at the 15th annual Sessions held in the surroundings of the Eden Project in Cornwall.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the original date of Sunday 5th June 5 had to be moved.

Her other Sessions show, which is due to take place on Thursday 14th July, was one of Eden's fastest ever sell-outs.

Rita Broe, Eden's marketing director, said: "Jess Glynne is one of the hottest properties in music right now and we're so pleased to announce that she will be book-ending this year's Eden Sessions with the first and last shows of our season.

"We had huge demand for her first show and this is a great opportunity for those who weren't able to get tickets."

Eden's summer of music kicks off with Duran Duran live at Eden with BBC Music Day (June 3). This is followed by the Eden Sessions - Lionel Richie with Corinne Bailey Rae (June 14 and 15 – both sold out), Tom Jones (June 26 – sold out), PJ Harvey (June 27), Manic Street Preachers (July 9) and Jess Glynne (July 14 – sold out).

A Sessions ticket entitles the ticket holder to visit the Eden Project either on the day of the concert or the day after. All proceeds from the events will go to the Eden Trust. The full dates of Sessions have not yet been announced.

The Sessions are famed not only for bringing top acts to Cornwall but also for their festival feel, with extra bands and entertainers playing around the site in the run-up to the main event.
