With a week to go until The Masked Ball which celebrates it's 10th anniversary from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd May 2016, returning once to its cliff top home at Beacon Cragg, Porthleven in Cornwall, more acts have been added to the line-up.

They are Soulworks, Ali Kidd, Adrian Kay, Alfresco Disco DJs, Ashley Thomas, Blackdog City, Bronx Cheer, Crawford, Deluxx , Discoguns, Elliot E, Ere Wax, Future Garden DJs, Godden, Haydn Jay, Jinal Jewel, John Harris, Kevin Gitsham, Lady Of The House, Lee John, Light Layers, NYC Soundsystem, Sam Nation, Simmer, Sloan Ranger, Sneakynuts, The Mongolian Disco, and Watson.

Loose People Present Balls Deep! Bedlam with resident Jamie Giddens, one giant cheesy birthday party with dad dancing, twister, pass the parcel & karaoke, worldwide tropical beats with Sir Vinyl DJs, and Boogaloo Dee

Plus the village fete, trifle gathering, pig racing, the slippy slide, the dukebox, the sir real café, the flying machine, may pole dancing, discocktails, Samba Celtica, Mik Artistik, Circo Inferno, 45 Live, and Porthleven Town Band.

This year more than 100 artists will perform across a multitude of individually themed arenas. They join the previously announced Basement Jaxx (DJ set), Jungle (DJ set), Groove Armada (DJ set), 2manydjs, Norman Jay, London Elektricity & MC Dynamite, Apres, Krankbrother, Mad Mats, Boca 45, Cheeba ' 'Sound And Vision’ (A Tribute To David Bowie), Craig Richards, Daytoner, DJs Pete Isaac and Griff, Pete Fowler, Pete Wiggs (St Etienne), Raf Daddy, Heavenly Crew, Mongolian Disco, Brandon Block, and Jac The Disco, Julio Bashmore, Mike Skinner (DJ Set), Ben Pearce, Paul Woolford, B.Traits, PBR Streetgang, Robert Owens, and Horse Meat Disco were the first names to be revealed.

The independent event is becoming increasingly known for its 'masked' attendees, who come decked out in incredibly elaborate costumes. The masked ball is a bi-annual event that actively raises money for a number of local causes including the Porthleven Christmas Lights Fund, Surfers Against Sewage, St Kevern Christmas Lights, and The Pants Charity based in Falmouth.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £85 for the weekend including camping, plus booking fee. Securable with a £25 deposit. An 'All Nighter' for Saturday without camping is priced at £50.
