The line-up of acts confirmed to appear at Bristol's, The Fleece as part of the Fringe of the BBC Radio 6 Music Festival from Friday 12th until Sunday 14th February 2016 has been revealed.

On Saturday 13th February from noon the line-up curated by Bristol 24/7 will be Eva Lazarus, Worldlife Hip Hop Showcase hosted by Krazy (Wordlife) with Split Prophets, Dash Villez, Wish, Suge, B-E-Z, Ellis, Jinxsta, Bro-B, Relly, Skrilla UGQ, and DJs: Tobias Jon, Kingskin, + Billy Whizz, SJ Esau, Candy Darling, The St Pierre Snake Invasion, Lionface, Hysterical Injury, Kayla Painter, The Dead Astronaut, Katapulto, and Jemima Surrender.

On Sunday BBC Introducing will showcase The Lonely Tourist, Wasuremono, Rachael Dadd, Rob Bravery, Bite The Buffalo, Dive In, Why We Love, Boa, Vena Cava, Auxx, Jilk, Chokobo, Robin Mitchell, and Sam Eason.

Tickets will be issued on the day on a fist come fist served basis. This will be an all ages event (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and leave by midnight).

More of the line-up for the 6 Music Festival by Day – a presentation of spoken word, poetry and performance events during the day time on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February – will be announced on Tuesday 26th January.

The night time line-up includes Laura Marling, Suede, Bob Mould, Underworld, Savages, Yeasayer, Daughter, Roots Manuva, John Grant, Guy Garvey, Buzzcocks, Bloc Party, Everything Everything, Frank Turner, White Denim, Primal Scream, Roni Size, Tricky, The Blue Aeroplanes, Sherwood & Pinch, Misty in Roots, Rat Boy, Blanck Mass, Gwenno, The Moonlandingz, The Pop Group, !!!, Blossoms,, Kurt Vile (solo), Mystery Jets, Polica, Roisin Murphy, This Is The Kit, Hooton Tennis Club, Rozi Plain, Foals, Field Music, The Invisible, Beirut, Steve Mason, Ezra Furman, Golden Rules, C Duncan, Hinds, and Julia Holter.

The line-up featuring an ever-growing bill of over 50 bands and artists, with three days of live music and conversation, with more daytime activities to be announced next week.

The 6 Music Festival by Day is a separately ticketed free event with more live music, 6 Music presenters in conversation with names from the night-time line-up and other established plus newer artists, discussions, spoken word performances,and more.

Tickets for the 6 Music Festival by Day are free and will be allocated via an audience ballot.
