The theme has been revealed for next year's family friendly Camp Bestival 2016, which returns for it's 9th edition from Thursday 28th to Sunday 31st July, to the picturesque setting of Lulworth Castle, set against the backdrop of England's dramatic Jurassic coastline in Dorset.

Camp Bestival is whizzing into orbit in 2016, as Camp Bestival Goes Into Outer Space!

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2016 but expect organiser Rob Da Bank to appear. He said of this year, "Attention all space personnel, cosmic explorers, astronauts and little astronutters… prepare for blast off. Yes friends it’s time to whizz off into orbit down at Lulworth Castle aka Spacecamp Dorset and explore the outer regions of our glorious galaxy, the stars, the planets, the moondust, the asteroids and the occasional scary black hole…and remember kids - Outer Space is the place."

Camp Bestival will be heading past the Karman Line out into the unknown on a cosmic adventure. Filling the Lulworth Castle universe with rocket ships, crazy constellations and shining stars, so get your space suits on, grab those moon boots and join them on a voyage into the infinite possibilities of Outer Space!

NOTE: all tickets will incur a booking fee.

All teens (aged 11 to 17) MUST camp in the same area as their families with a maximum of 2 teens per adult (over the age of 30). All children aged 4 and under (on 31/07/2016) can attend for free (but MUST HAVE a ticket). These ticket holders must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21.

There's also a 30 week payment plan to purchase tickets meaning that an adult ticket can now be bought at a payment of just £5 per week over 29 consecutive weekly payments following an initial deposit payment of £27.50.
