Organisers of Rise Festival, the three day camping festival, have announced So Solid Crew, represented live by Lisa Mafia, & Romeo, as headliners of the open air stage up in the mountains of Les 2 Alpes ski resort, in the French Alps in December.

The 3,000 capacity event will host Amy Becker, Applebottom, Benton, Mella Dee, Paleman, TCTS, Henry Krinkle, and Krywald & Farrer.

This year is set to expand with more arenas and an even bigger line-up. Already confirmed to appear from Saturday 12th to Saturday 19th December 2015 are High Contrast, Skream, London Elektricity, Jackmaster, Blonde, Alex Boman, Artwork, Eton Messy DJs, The Goldenboy, Toyboy & Robin, Waverley, Etherwood, Metrik, S.P.Y, Lowqui, and Dynamite MC, with more acts to be announced.

Les Deux Alpes is a ski resort in the French Isère département. The village sits at 1,650 m (5,413 ft) and lifts run to 3,600 m (11,811 ft). It has the largest skiable glacier in Europe and is France's second oldest ski resort behind Chamonix, where the largest mountain in western Europe is located, Mont Blanc. It has the longest, normally open full on-piste vertical available in the world. It is a 71 km (44 mi) drive southeast of Grenoble.

A trio of Europe's promoters are behind the newly launched event - Ibiza Rocks, Wasteland Ski and Rough Hill . Their week-long Winter affair includes live music from acts and DJs playing a series of indoor and outdoor venues. From the Ibiza Rocks Stage in the centre of town to the Snow Globe Arena and Ice Cube Stage to a selection of more intimate, alpine hangouts.

There's club night takeovers from brands including Apex, Apple Bum, Cheese On Bread, Cirque Du Soul, Full Moon, Gin And Juice, Itchy Foot, Klear, Regression Sessions, Retro Rentals, Rock The Belles, Rum & Bass, Seedy Sonics, Shorebitch, Supa Dupa Fly, Total Garage, and W.A.R!, plus outdoor pool parties and of course skiing, and boarding.

During festival week there’s the indoor W.A.R! Arena and the open air Ibiza Rocks Main Stage, plus Love Lifts offering speed dating between ski runs, a campfire around which you can toast marsh -mallows, a hot tub cabin, a Yeti’s Cabin to enjoy some mulled wine or hot chocolate, woodlands in which to wander, a winter beach party in the mountains, an ice disco, a huge cinema screen, a Snowmageddon Arena for full on snow based warfare, a memory pod for photo ops, club nights in the mountains and even snow sculpture competitions and ski, snowboard and skidoo tournaments.
