BoomTown Fair announces it's May-Fair District line-up

May-Fair Avenue, one of the eight districts ar BoomTown Fair, has announced it's line-up of electro-swing, swing and vintage remix across its fully interactive themed venues including The Ballroom and The Bandstand.

The line-up is topped by Parisian electro-swing stars Caravan Palace, Deluxe, Scarecrow, crazy Berlin cats Dirty Honkers, Bart and Baker, Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, Swingrowers, The Gaslight Troubadours featuring Professor Elemental, Odjbox, Brass Band Remix: Dutty Moonshine Brass Band, and The Fontanas.

Also confirmed are DJ Tofu Vs Brass Funkeys, Trans-Siberian March Band, Grant Lazlo, Smerins Anti-Social Club, Too Many T's, Phil Mac, Cat In The Hat, Elle & The Pocket Belles, James Copeland, Don Mescall, Don Johnston, Big Swing Sound System featuring HypeMan Sage, DJ Pony, Kiwistar, The After Hours Quintet, and The Underscore Orkestra

Completing the line-up unveiled today are Woohoo Revue, Formidable Vegetable Soundsystem, The Chicken Brothers, The Jenova Collective, Rumba De Bodas, Louis Barabbas & The Bedlam Six, World's Tallest DJ, The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing, Dr Schwamp, Jitterbug, Madame Electrifie, Mad Apple Circus, Alex Blood & The Diggers, Great Scott, Mr Tea and the Minions, The Rin Tins, Lounge Cat Ideals, Captain Flatcap, Rumpsteppers, Mother Ukers, Shambolique, Papa Shango, Freakeasy Cabaret, and Swing Dance Classes.

Chapter Seven of the immersive, theatrical and artistic festival with an on going narrative for around 45,000 festivalgoers takes place at Matterley Estate, nr. Winchester, in Hampshire and will run from Thursday 13th until Sunday 16th August 2015.

They join Noisia, Astrix, Ace Ventura, Perfect Stranger, Liquid Soul, Dickster, Sub6, Juno Reactor, Burn In Noise, Green Nuns of the Revolution, System 7, Lucas, Liquid Ace, Broken Toy, Waio, Brainiac, James Munro (DJ), Psymmetrix, K.i.M, Tron, Circuit Breakers, Lifeforms, Sad Paradise, Mechanimal, Dirty Saffi, Mindfold, Loose Connection, Hypnocoustics, Dick Trevor, Asimilon, Sybarite, Bumbling Loons, Slinky Wizard, Shane Gobi, Nesono, The Rave Commission, Mental Broadcast, Skyhighatrist, Liquid Ross, Pieman, Geo, Lloyd, Positivist, Nigel, Subsaharan, Mad Scientist, Ed Tangent (DJ), Shove, Vert3x, Wicki, Apollyon, Mitra, Harsh, Arbok, Fractal Mind, Cheryl, Dr G, Psychosonic, Kutanimal, Displaced, Psybart, Psycode, F'da F'da, DJ Pod, and Krosis, are the first acts confirmed for 2015.

The festival is made up of eight very different districts which celebrate a variety of individual music genres and cultures from Ska to Jungle, Reggae to Folk and a whole load more in between and beyond, the line ups are released district by district.

Tier Three tickets are still available starting at £155 (+BF & EcoBond)  plus there is the split payment option starting from £40, where you can pay off as little or as much as you like in instalments until 1st July 2015.

There is an option to donate £2, £5 or £10 to the event's charity partners for 2015, all donations are matched by BoomTown.

This is just the first district line up announcement for BoomTown, next up on 3rd Feb will be the full headliners announcement and then after that from 10th Feb, will be the start of all the remaining district line ups:
