Welsh rockers Funeral For A Friend will headline the fifth annual Make A Scene one day indoor music festival takes place at Middlesbrough's University of Teeside Student Union, this year moving from July to Sunday 5th October 2014.

Also confirmed are The Blackout, Hacktivist, Decade, Malevolence, Me Vs Hero, Moose Blood, Roam, Astroid Boys, Giants, Lock and Key, Zoax, Counting Days, The Colour Line, Set To Break, and Wraiths.

As well as showcasing new and emerging Alternative music talent, the festivals also supports the local music scene, and this year's local talent includes The NX, Foundations, All At Sea, Oh Pioneer, Black Nevada, Across All Oceans, Hellbound, Set Your Sights, Merchants, and Without Bounds.

Organisers state, "Year on year, Alternative music fans of all ages from all over the UK flock to Teesside University in increasing numbers to see their favourite bands, discover new music and support local musicians in a fun, safe and electric atmosphere. Celebrating the local areas emerging talent and bringing top headline artists to Middlesbrough, with over 30 live acts covering many genres split over multiple stages."
