The latest additions have been announced for the newly formatted Par 4 Field at Jersey Live Festival.
Leading the eclectic line-up of names is the solar and pedal-powered RInky Dink Sound System which will be roaming the firled all day. At night the JT Beanshoots Stage will welcome local and international bands including Dreadzone, and The Undercover Hippy.
During the day festivalgoers will see demonstrations from Jersey Slackline Association, as well as plenty of face painting and craft stalls in the Par 4 Field.
The daytime line-up includes Diversity who will be performing, meet-and-greeting, and giving demonstrations where kids can get up close and personal and maybe learn a move or two! They are joined on the Par 4 daytime bill by CBeebies gardening guru Mr Bloom. Many more live acts, DJs, and other performers are to be revealed in the coming weeks.
They join Ellie Goulding, John Newman, Klaxons, Earth, Wind & Fire Experience feat Al McKay, Duke Dumont, Mark Knight, Redlight, Eton Messy DJs, Cagedbaby, Catz N Dogz, Luke Friend, and Lucy Rose at the Royal Jersey Showgrounds, Jersey, in the Channel Islands, off the coast of France, on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st August. Subject to the organisers gaining the Bailiff’s permission.
Many more live acts, DJs and other performers are to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Co-organiser Warren Holt said, "We’re always looking to freshen things up and make new changes to the festival, and we’re really looking forward to the new Par 4 Field and the JT Beanshoots Stage. We’re really keen to make the festival as much fun as possible for kids of all ages – from 1 to 101 – and the addition of this stage is going to help us achieve that. As well as the likes of Diversity, Mr Bloom and Dreadzone, there’s much more for us to announce in that area, as well as many more Main Stage acts, so stay tuned!"
