Wilderness reveals the late night entertainment

Wilderness festival, held at Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire from Friday 8th until Sunday 10th August 2014 has unveiled it's all hours entertainment and late night programming naming the DJs, performers, entertainers and events to take the party deep into the night. 

The Pandaemonium DJ Stage billed as “a secret hidden valley of revellers and dancing feet”, has a different theme for each night.  'Altered States’ sees the stage host Eats Everything, Psychemagik, Lukas & Jim Morrison, and For Better and Worse, Disco Renaissance’ features the previously announced Horse Meat Disco, Greg Wilson, and Futureboogie. 'The Cosmos' features the Astronomers Ball and sees already confirmed Zero 7 (DJ Set)  joined by Mojo Filter plus a morning rave 'Morning Glory' with Carlo Rossi, Organic Jam, Tythe, Mark E, and the return of Zero 7 (DJ Set) .

In addition, the acclaimed theatre company Petersham Playhouse will be bringing 'The Juke Joint' a rhythm and blues barrel house run by witch doctor Mama Gris Gris. "During the day guests are invited to unwind in the sunshine listening to tales of the southern wild, but as the sun goes down there will be a Mardi Gras inciting you to release your inner demons and inhibitions, with the help of Mama Gris Gris’ herbs, potions, spell and midnight moonshine" and will be soundtracked by Gaz Mayall, Baby Soul, Soul Sanctuary Gospel Choir, Hat Fitz and Cara Robinson, Dollar Bill, Black Kat Boppers, and Sunshine Kings.

Offering late night world music will be 'The Styx Stage', hosted by those late-night experts in mayhem Rumpus, Artful Badger, and  DJ Chris Tofu and showcasing The Turbans, Barking Bateria, Brass Volcanoes, Renegade Brass Band, Klischee, Woohoo Revue, Swing Patrol, Gentle Mystics, They Say Jump, Tythe, and Tako Lako.

As well as the music The Footsbarn Big Top will offer 'avant-garde entertainment and hedonistic parties' hosted by The Candlelight Club, The Box, and White Mink, while the Wilderness Stage will host Borderless Beats, Cabinet of Living Cinema, Silent Opera and The Wilderness Orchestra all introducing special presentations of films.

And Now: will lead revelers into the woods to witness this season’s Giant Ceremonial Burn, whith Macnas processions, plus storytellers, firewalkers, luxury hot tubs, moonlight walks and live art painting.

Previously confirmed were Metronomy, Burt Bacharach, London Grammar, Jessie Ware with Wilderness Orchestra, Sam Smith, Connan Mockasin, Gregory Porter, Submotion Orchestra, Mount Kimbie, Soak, Joan As Policewoman, Slow Club, Chet Faker, Jack Savoretti, Teleman, Hozier, Josh Record, Greg Wilson, Futureboogie, Horse Meat Disco, and Zero 7 (DJ Set).

The festival which is curated by the producers of Secret Garden Party and Lovebox offers musicianship, theatre, talks, panel debates, late-night parties, outdoor pursuits and food experiences returns for a fourth year. The musical roster is just one aspect of this multi-arts festival which also features talks, debates and literary forums, activities for families and children including the Roald Dahl Museum and Storystock, and outdoor pursuits such as fly fishing, wild medicine walks, boating and much, much more.

An adult weekend camping ticket is priced at £143.50. A young person (aged 11 to 17 years) is priced at £75, with children aged 10 years and younger going free. A campervan ticket is priced at £65, and a car park ticket is priced at £10. Weekend Camping Deposits are available by putting down a non-rfundable first instalment of £71.75 up until Friday 6th of June and outstanding balances must be paid by then. Prices do not include booking fees.
