The Killers are the first headliners to be announced for DF Concerts & Events series of concerts, Glasgow Summer Sessions, in the city's Bellahouston Park in August.

The Killers will perform a greatest hits set on Tuesday 19th August 2014 as their only UK date outside of V and Vital festival. The band will be joined on the bill by Courteeners, and Miles Kane. More headline and support acts are to be announced.

Says Geoff Ellis, CEO of DF Concerts & Events, said, "The Killers’ performance at T in the Park last year was incredible. We’re thrilled to welcome them back to Scotland as part of Glasgow Summer Sessions, especially with such brilliant special guests in Courteeners and Miles Kane. We have some more big acts and dates to announce over the next few months so once again Glasgow Summer Sessions will be one of the hottest tickets of the summer."

Tickets for each show are priced at £55. Tickets will go on sale this Friday 25th April, 2014 at 9am, on the link below.

Bus packages will be available in conjunction with Citylink from all major cities in Scotland and the North of England direct to Bellahouston Park. Additionally, a shuttle bus service will be available on the day of the event making return journeys from Buchanan Street Bus Station to Bellahouston Park. The fare will be payable upon boarding.
