British rapper Dizzee Rascal will headline Saturday night of this year's 10th anniversary Brownstock Festival which happens at Morris Farm, Chelmsford, in Essex from Friday 29th until Sunday 31st August 2014.

Festival Director Adam Brown says: “It is just unbelievable to think that this is going to be our 10th Brownstock year, and who better to headline a party like that than a British music legend like Dizzee Rascal. We are also planning a host of secret birthday surprises to make sure Brownstock 2014 is one to remember.

He joins the previously anonunced headliners Razorlight, plus The Feeling, Jack Beats, DJ Ez, P Money, Doorly, Goldie Lookin' Chain, and Nothing But Thieves who are the first acts confirmed for 2014,  with much more to announce in the coming weeks.

Alongside the five main stages, the festival also has a Farmer's Food Village, art camp, a late license with a 24 hour silent disco, Pianookee and open mic in the new Piano Bar, hip hop karaoke, and a fully interactive array of extras.

Expect such delights as the Brownstock tavern, Brown Town's mud wrestling arena, bungee jumps, full skate park, 5-a-side football cage, the brown town shopping mall, live graffiti, parkour free running park, Brown Town fairground, and more.
