Reverend & The Makers, and Steve Lawler to headline Strawberry Fields Festival

Saturday main stage headliners Reverend And The Makers lead the line-up for Strawberry Fields Festival which takes place over three days this year from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th August 2014 at  Cattow Farm in Heather, Leicestershire.

Also confirmed for the main stage on Saturday are The Rifles, Catfish & The Bottlemen, The Family Rain, Dexters, The Struts, Racing Glaciers, and The Swiines. Sunday's unannounced main stage headliner will be supported by Goldie Lookin' Chain, Twisted Wheel, By The Rivers, Hidden Charms, and The Koo.

Headlining the Dance Stage on Saturday will be Steve Lawler, and his 'Vive Warriors' with Detlef, Anek, Randall M, and Smak Pony. Sunday's headliner is Altern8's Mark Archer who tops a bill including Shock C, Kella, Cybergroove, Neo-Funk, Mogwai, Mark Pemberton, Gary O'Donnell, Delite, and Steely Dan.

Also confirmed to appear over the weekend are Big Fish Little Fish, No Way Pedro, 2 Dark Horses, Darcie Dimples, Silent Code, Leon Hunt, Diggy, Baller-B, Rap-torial, Just James, Boston Green, Colin Dale, Darren Mills, Drive & Hedgehog, and Mark Gardner & Steve Morley.

More acts will be announced including two more headliners, Friday's line-up, and the first names for the new Comedy Stage.

The Octopus’s Garden Children’s Area will include arts and crafts, workshops, dance classes, gymnastics, story telling, theatee, circus skills & acrobatics, grafitti art, and more.

Apart from the quality musical experience, Strawberry Fields Festival hosts a vintage clothes fair (Strawberry Glam), has a fun fair, onsite hair and make-up artists, a theatre production company, live art demonstrations from some of the UK's graffiti artists, rest and relaxation in the Healing Zone, a chance to get intimate at the Poetry Brothel, a Festaxi service, and festival glamping.

Tier 3 adult (16+) tickets are priced at £87 and include admission to the whole weekend, 3 nights camping, and free parking. A teen aged 12 to 15 years ticket is priced at £45, and children under 12 can attend for a £1. A campervan/caravan pitch ticket is priced at £30, or £60 with electric hook up.
