Set across 32 acres of the Kent countryside, Lawnfest's line-up also includes Man Like Me (live), Josephine, Sing Tank, Sam Gray, Lulu James, Fire Hazard, and host & MC Sean Rowley.

Lawnfest showcases the raw musical talents of unsigned acts as well as signed headline acts; plus tasty treats, an affordable art auction, a full programme of shows, workshops, and amusements for the kids to watch, take part in, and enjoy. And all the funds raised go to West Heath, a very special school which uses education to rebuild the lives of emotionally traumatised children.

The New School at West Heath is attended by children between the ages of 11 and 19 who have tragically suffered emotional damage through abuse, bereavement, bullying and or other similar trauma that leaves them unable to cope with mainstream schooling. After they leave the school, they are returned with great care to the education system to rebuild their lives. Lawnfest was initiated by Camilla Al Fayed and The Al Fayed Charitable foundation supports the event and West Heath School.

The Children Garden Area will have clownish capers, playful pranks, arts, and crafts, story telling, and extremely entertaining workshops, watch out for the giant grizzly bear and a very special teddy bears' picnic.

Lawnfest's Food Shed will be home to The Street Kitchen silver airstream van, The Fox and Raisin, Kissmycake, Bluebelle, The Cocktail Club Emporium, Violets Vintage Teas with Violet's vintage dressing-up box.

The festival is just a short train ride out of London, and is a non-camping, not-for-profit event. Founder Camilla AlFayed said, "Lawnfest reaches its fifth year it is important to remember the reason why it all began. My inspiration has always been the children and how rewarding it is to see the changes that have taken place year on year because of Lawnfest. The festival has given the opportunity to the students and also up and coming bands to experience a professional adventure whilst giving families a wonderful day out. I am very proud of the role I play and what we have achieved so far and look forward to another successful festival."

An adult ticket is priced at £25; a family ticket (2 x adults and 2 x children) is priced at £60, children aged 9 and under have free entry, tickets for children aged 10-16 years are priced at £12. To buy tickets now, click here.
