Seasick Steve tops the latest acts heading for this year's tenth Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival.

Seasick Steve
This year's 'Carnival' themed Belladrum takes place in the picturesque surroundings of Belladrum Estate, near Beauly in Inverness-shire, Scotland. Promoter Joe Gibbs said, "Seasick Steve aka Steve Wold last played Bella in 2006. The next year his career went meteoric and since then he has played the main stages of Glastonbury, V Festivals and many other major festivals. We are proud to welcome him back to the Highlands."

Also confirmed today are The Pigeon Detectives, Julie Fowlis, Andy Burrows (I Am Arrows), Gentleman's Dub Club, Meursault, Washington Irving, PAWS, The LaFontaines, Tich, Nick Mulvey, and tribute act MacFloyd will be celebrating 40 years since the release of 'Dark Side of The Moon', whilst the Springsteen Sessions will pay tribute to The Boss.

The 10th Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival will take place on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August 2013 with music coming from around 90 acts across five stages including the previously announced headliners James, and Twin Atlantic, plus The Straits, Noisettes, The Horrors, King Charles, Admiral Fallow, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac, Peatbog Faeries, Lucy Spraggan, Jacob Banks, Dougie MacLean, Martin Carthy, Gavin James, Rick Redbeard, Stealing Sheep, Shipcote, It's A Beautiful Day, Treetop Flyers, The Dangleberries, Jericho Hill, Victorian Trout Conspiracy, Fatherson, Skyhook, Brown Bear & The Bandits, Skerryvore, Feis Rois, Caledonian Ceilidh Trail, and Toby Michaels Rolling Damned. Belladrum offers plenty of interest aside from the music, including an array of entertainment for children, although the fairground rides will not be on site this year. Attractions include street theatre, cabaret, cinema, dance, alternative therapies, stalls, food and drink.

The independent festival has built a reputation for its eclectic line-ups, its offbeat non-musical entertainments and its all-ages approach.

Tickets will be in the form of E-tickets and a limited number of hard tickets. Early bird tickets are priced at £95. Campervan/Caravan tickets are priced at £50 (£130 with electric hook up) and Child 12 & Under tickets are free.

This year there's a deposit offer to buy a full weekend ticket and put down a deposit of £50 and then pay the total balance by 1st June 2013. Saturday day tickets to the event will go on sale at 9am on Friday 26th April.

Tickets have sold out for the last four years so fans are urged to buy early to avoid disappointment.
