Seth Lakeman, who will be performing with his band, has released six albums to date, appeared on TV and at major festivals around the world. Before he comes to Sark his 2013 tour will take him to Australia, Germany, Holland and the UK. Seth's brother, Sean Lakeman, appeared at last summer's 1,200 capacity Sark Folk Festival performing with his wife Kathryn Roberts.

Festival founder, Simon Harvey, said, "It's been a phenomenal start to the planning for 2013's festival. First we sold all our weekend tickets within three days, which was unprecedented – last year it took three months to do that. Secondly we are really excited to confirm Seth for this year’s festival. To have a world-renowned musician like Seth wanting to come to our little festival is absolutely fantastic."

The line-up will feature home-grown talent from the Channel Islands as well as artists from the UK and France, and feature more than forty acts in total.

Tickets have sold out. Weekend tickets were priced at £60 for an adult ticket, and £35 for concessions (teens 12-18, student, Sark resident, or OAP), and a weekend child ticket for those aged 11 or under was free.
