The Killers, and QOTSA to headline Benicassim 2013

As predicted The Killers, and Queens of the Stone Age have now been confirmed as headlining Vince Power's four day Spanish music festival International Benicàssim Festival next year.

Also confirmed are Azealia Banks, Jake Bugg, Palma Violets, Echo Lake, and Splashh, and Swim Deep.

There's no confirmation yet if the reported leaked third headliner Arctic Monkeys will join them next year.

Earlier this year the owners of International Benicàssim Festival went into administration, and so Vince Power bought the shares in the company from the administrators to secure the future of the festival.

As well as this diverse array of musical performers, the festival has an extensive bill of non-musical entertainment, including dance, art, theatre, fashion, silent disco and short films.

Established in 1994, next year will be its 19th year, the International Benicàssim Festival, FIB Heineken, near Valencia, Spain is back for 2013 from Thursday 18th until Sunday 21st July. With camping thrown in with the ticket price, all night music over 4 days, and sited just walking distance from the beach and a huge water park.
