Owned by HMV Group Plc MAMA Group, which operates live music events including Lovebox, The Great Escape, Global Gathering, Escape Into The Park, Wilderness, and Vintage Festival has confirmed it has bought a 50% shareholding in All Tomorrow's Parties (ATP) who host their self titled holiday-camp events, as well as I'll Be Your Mirror events away from Holiday Resorts, and international festivals in countries like USA, Japan, and Australia.

ATP will now help with the talent booking for MAMA Festivals, and shows across the group's venue estate which includes HMV Forum, Jazz Cafe, The Garage, The Borderline, Heaven, G-A-Y and Barfly Camden; the HMV Picture House in Edinburgh, the HMV Ritz in Manchester, and the HMV Institute in Birmingham. The two parties will also work together to further develop ATP's shows in the UK and abroad.

Speaking about the partnership, Dean James CEO of MAMA Group said, "Barry [Hogan, ATP founder] and Deborah [Kee Higgins, ATP organiser] run a fantastic business and it is a real honour for us to be working with them. ATP's pioneering attitude and its success in the international market, combined with MAMA's infrastructure of major festivals and venues is a dangerous combination."

ATP founder Hogan added, "We're thrilled to be joining up with MAMA who have been supportive of us throughout the years. The ATP team is looking forward to working with Dean, Ivor and the rest of the MAMA staff to develop ATP events throughout the world."
