Vieux Farka Toure confirmed to headline rescheduled Rhythmtree

The new confirmed line-up has been announced for the rescheduled Rhythmtree Festival, the three day camping festival, which returns to the Isle of Wight not this month but on Friday 24th until Sunday 26th August.

The 2,000 capacity event will have Vieux Farka Toure headline the Saturday, with Dele Sosimi Afrobeat Orchestra headlining Sunday's Rhythmtree Stage, and Skip 'Little Axe' McDonald headlining the opening night.

Also confirmed are Kadialy Kouyate, Awale, Diabel Cissokho, Wara, Lokkhi Terra, Congo Dia Ntotila, Grupo Lokito, Harare, and Muha.

Starting at mid-day each day the event is full of off stage entertainment for all the family. The event offers all day and evening entertainment, in nice surroundings. Youngsters will find lots to do in the CRB checked Children's area next to the healing area. There will be numerous market stalls close by selling everything from didgeridoos to hand made jewellery. There will Isle of Wight sourced, food concessions.

Tickets are priced at £75 adult three day camping, and £40 for teen (aged 13-17yrs) three day camping tickets. Children aged under 12 years can attend free. Day tickets will be priced £30 for Saturday or Sunday. To buy tickets, click here.
