Russell is replacing Greg Davies as the ARC comedy headliner on Thursday night's line-up. Greg has sadly had to pull out of performing at the festival due to overrunning TV commitments. Greg said, "I was really looking forward to Larmer Tree and this pesky TV business has got in the way. I am genuinely sorry I won't be there and I hope I can make amends next year. Have a great festival."

Larmer Tree Festival Co-Director Julia Safe added, "It's a real shame that Greg now can't make it but we’re very excited to welcome Russell back to the gardens and extremely pleased that he was able to sneak us into his very busy schedule. He won lots of fans at Larmer Tree last year, so this will be a great opportunity for those that saw him to witness his fast, breathless and wild act again and those that didn't, a chance to see him - we're sure he'll go down a storm."
