Paul Weller will headline Transmission 003 on Sunday 24th June with Graham Coxon, Baxter Dury, and Little Barrie previously confirmed. Paul Weller commented, "I'm excited to play Jodrell Bank, it's always good to perform in unique places and this will be the most unique of them all! It's going to be a great show in a great space-age setting."
There are two Live from Jodrell Bank events this year, each day is a separate event, individually ticketed with no camping on offer. On Saturday 23rd June Elbow will be joined by special guests for Transmission 002, and tickets for this day have already sold out.
As well as providing an amazing backdrop the telescope will also be serving a secondary purpose as the worlds most incredible projection screen! Throughout the day there will be experiments and workshops along with free access to the visitor centre and in the evening the acts will perform.
Tickets are priced at £35. To buy Paul Weller transmission tickets, click here.
