The Enemy, Dog Is Dead, and Ghostpoet lead the latest acts announced for this year's The Live At Leeds Weekend taking place over the bank holiday from Friday 4th until Monday 7th May at various venues in Leeds.

The four day event will also host Nina Nesbitt, Chew Lips, Jakwob, Jess Mills, and Scroobius Pip.

Other acts newly confirmed are (in alphabetical order) Bastille, Bears Killing Bears, Bearfoot Beware, Being There, Blacklisters, Black Moth, Broken Hands, Cave Birds, China Rats, Dead Sons, Deaf Club, Dear Prudence, Devin, Eagulls, Ellen and the Escapades, Escapists, EJ, Eyes on Film, Folks, Fossil Collective, Fran Rodgers, Francesca Pidgeon, Gabriel Bruce, Garnets, Grant K. Fennell, and Hey Sholay.

Also announced today are Hooded Fang, I Call Shotgun, Jaymz Dean, Josh Kumra, Karima Francis, Karin Park, Kyla La Grange, Liz Reynolds, Lucy Rose, Lunchtime Disco Club, Money, Pale Seas, Peace, Post War Glamour Girls, Rae Morris, Richard Parker, Riots, Riz MC, Rob Green, Runners, Rupert Stroud, Ryan Keen , Seas of Green, Secret Sirens, Shields, Swiss Lips, Talk To Angels, Team Me, The Artists, The Chevin, The Finnlys, The Heartbreaks, The Housekeeping Society, The Mexanines, The Marsicans, The Night, The Simon Pollard Band, Two Wounded Birds, Unions, Violet, We Are Augustines, Weird Dreams, White Arrows, Worship, and Wot Gorilla?.

First bands announced including Example, Marina and the Diamonds, Ladyhawke, The Subways, Turbowolf, I Like Trains, Spector, Los Campesinos! and many more. Example will be playing a separate ticketed event on the Saturday of Live at Leeds Festival with support from Wretch 32 at Millennium Square. Stooshe playing the Cockpit on Sunday brings the weekend of live music to a close.

For this year's rebranded event the Unconference will happen on Friday 4th May. Saturday features the Live at Leeds Festival (one wristband 100 bands, 11 stages, 9 Venues) while Saturday will also host the return of the Millennium Square shows. There will also be a football tournament happening on the Bank Holiday Monday.

Now in its sixth year, Live at Leeds has quickly become an institution in the Leeds calendar taking place in multiple venues including Brudenell Social Club, The Cockpit, The Faversham, Holy Trinity Church, 02 Academy Leeds, Leeds Met, Leeds University, Nation of Shopkeepers, The Well, Milos, and Leslie Silver Building - Wristband Exchange..

Live at Leeds festival feature over 150 acts including national names and local talent performing at venues around the city centre in a celebration of new music.

Tickets are priced at £20 for the all day event on Saturday 5th May, starting at noon, and must must be exchanged for a festival wristband. The ticket holders must be present at the wristband exchange point. Wristbands allow entry to each of the participating venues, as individual venue capacities permit.
