With just two weeks to go, Red Snapper, The Special Ks, Suburban Star, Scoundrels, Doug Hayman, Jimmy Sharp, Shake Aletti, DJ Miss Roxx, Skinny Lister, and Christian Stevenson have been added to the line-up for charity event, The Big Festival.

Comedians Richard Herring, Jimmy Mcghie, Tom Deacon, Ed Gamble, and Ray Peacock have also been added to the bill.

The Big Feastival has also announced the WI Tent hosted by Shoreditch Sisters and including Lily Allen and Sarah Owen's, Lucy in Disguise who will have a pop-up shop situated at the heart of the WI Tent. Lucy in Disguise co-founder Sarah Owen said, "So excited about being invited to The Big Feastival, can't wait to decorate some cupcakes in the WI tent and I hope our vintage fashion parade is a real treat for everyone who wants to come down on Sunday."

The tent also features fashion, makeovers, inspirational life stories, performances and, of course, some delicious food and drink from the likes of Wah Nails, Willie Harcourt-Cooze, Stacie Stewart, Milk & Honey, WI Baking Competition, Tracy Edwards, Matt Carroll, Tara Starlet, Gizzi Erskine, Jazz Domino Holly, Urban Cross Stitch, Belles Of London City, Marawa, and Musical Bingo.

Elsewhere Jamie Oliver, Levi Roots and Two Greedy Italians have joined the Big Kitchen line-up. There's kids entertainment in The Little Dudes Den with Peppa Pig, Penguin's Children's Books, Mr Cadabra's Magic Emporium, The Peter Rabbit Puppet Show, Spo, The Roald Dahl Museum And Story Centre, Trolls, Trollaballoos And Totally Grotsome Fun, the Children's Society, and Stage Coach.

With the aim of getting kids involved in gardening and growing their own food, The Kitchen Garden guests include BBC Blue Peter gardener Chris Collins, Urban Allotments holding Potting Parties, James Wong with his Willy Wonka style food tasting, and fashion designer Zandra Rhodes' scarecrow design for a competition that local school children have been taking part in.

Hed Kandi will be curating the entertainment in the VIP area across the weekend. Plus, Rockaoke, the live karaoke band will be on hand, inviting the audience to 'live the dream' by taking to the stage and singing with a live rock band.

The West End School Disco will be presenting a Glee inspired medley of modern classics with a cast from across the West End singing songs from Grease, Hairspray, Fame and High School Musical.

The British BBQ Society will be hosting 'Britain's Fastest and Most Challenging BBQ Cookoff' where contestants get 45 minutes to cook up a stellar dish. The whole family can compete, with both adult and children cook-offs. There will also be a Pit Masters Exhibition where experienced teams will be proving that delicious meals can be crafted on the BBQ. To take part sign up here: http://readysteadyq.co.uk.

Six new restaurants, Soto Abeno, Franklins, Mango Tree, Awana, Lily’s Restaurant and Four O Nine will all be making the journey to Clapham Common to add their culinary flare to One Big Menu.

The new three day family friendly event takes place from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd July at London's Clapham Common combining food from some of the country's top chefs with a top drawer selection of live music acts, and a ticket price that includes food.


Acts previously confirmed include Soul II Soul with vocalist Caron Wheeler, New Young Pony Club, Norman Jay, Danny Rampling, Roots Manuva, Saint Saviour, and Ashley Beedle from X-Press 2 on Friday. Saturday's acts are headed up by The Charlatans, Mystery Jets, Trophy Wife, and Kurran and the Wolfnotes. Joining Athlete on Sunday will be Guillemots, The Bees, Guilty Pleasures, & The Cuban Brothers. In the coming weeks more of the line-up of DJs and acts will be revealed.

The event runs from 2pm until 10.30pm on Friday, noon until 10.30pm on Saturday, and from 10am until 8pm on Sunday.

An early bird adult day ticket is priced at £35 and does not include any scoff tokens although food can be purchased on site. With food (5 Feastival 'scoffs') the price is £75. A child ticket (Aged 12-17*) is priced at £25 and includes 3 scoffs. A child tickets (aged 11 and under) have free entry (*the age you will be on the day of the event). A family (2 adults, and 2 children aged 12-17 years) is priced at £175 (a family receives 16 scoffs between them.

VIP Tickets (18+) are priced at £125 and also includes unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks + non-stop fantastic food at the VIP bar by Giant Robot.
