The Straits comprising former members of the supergroup, Dire Straits, will perform an exclusive festival one hour show of Dire Straits' greatest hits on Cornbury's main stage on Sunday 3rd July. They join Status Quo and Olly Murs for the festival finale.

Other musical acts added to the line-up include Vintage Trouble, local heroes Little Fish, and Mano De Dios.

New for 2011 is the Absolute Radio Comedy Tent hosted by Jarred Christmas. Comedy stand-up acts will include Josh Widdicombe, Elis James, Ed Gamble, Sara Pascoe, Holly Walsh, Tony Law, Jason Cook, and comedy legend, Sean Hughes.

With musical comedy coming from Frisky & Mannish, Abandoman, Isy Suttie, Gareth Richards, and Cardinal Burns.

These acts are added to a bill which includes James Blunt, The Faces, and Status Quo will headline with Cyndi Lauper, Eliza Doolittle, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Bellowhead, Ray Davies, Imelda May, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Like, Olly Murs, The Saw Doctors, and John Allen. It's going to be a very welcome appearance by a legendary band - but they can't be announced until they take to the stage. For the line-up details as available please click here
