Sonisphere adds Japanese Voyeurs, Turbogeist, and more

Sonisphere organisers have managed to squeeze in another five acts, and six late night DJ sets to deliver raging after-hours parties.

Japanese Voyeurs
The five live acts include Japanese Voyeurs, and Lower Than Atlantis who appear in Bohemia on Friday. No Americana are added to the Jager Truck line-up on Saturday with Turbogeist appearing on Sunday. With You And What Army added to the Bedroom Jam stage on Saturday.

Daniel P Carter, and Ian Camfield will return to host and compere the two main stages.

After the bands finish the late night DJs come into their own with A1 Bassline manning the decks in Bohemia on Friday night, along with one half of Homepark, Fold aka Rob Glasset.

On the Saturday Tek-One takes over after his earlier set on the Red Bull Bedroom Jam Stage, with Innerpartysystem following suit the same day.

Sunday night - well, Monday morning sees Stan SB, and Alfie take over Bohemia to conclude proceedings.

With the line-up now complete, there's still an array of other late night entertainment, attractions and on-site events to be announced in the coming weeks to go alongside the fairground rides, stalls, DJs, Discos and cinema.

The Big 4 - Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth & Anthrax headline Friday night, Biffy Clyro Saturday and Slipknot Sunday. Other acts confirmed are Bill Bailey, Limp Bizkit, The Sisters of Mercy, You Me At Six, Sum 41, House of Pain, All Time Low, Fozzy, The Mars Volta, Opeth, Killing Joke, Black Spiders, Kids in Glass Houses, Gallows, Diamond Head, Motorhead, Mastodon, In Flames, Parkway Drive, Volbeat, Gojira, InMe, Protest The Hero, Four Year Strong, The Black Dahlia Murder, Black Tide, Watain, Firewind, Rise To Remain, and more. Sonisphere takes place at Knebworth House, Hertfordshire from Friday 8th until Sunday 11th July 2011.

The event has one main arena with a stage at either end of the site, as well as a few smaller stages. The two main outdoor stages, will have around a dozen acts alternating between one stage and another to keep the music continuous, whilst not having two acts playing at the same time.
