The Charlatans, Buzzcocks, Pama International, and Tony Christie lead the latest additions the Summerisle Stage, Scooter Tent and Axis Sound System Reggae Tent at Scotland's The Wickerman Festival.

Manchester legends The Charlatans top the Friday night billing playing on the Summerisle Stage, with Buzzcocks and Pama International added to the Scooter Tent.

Joining The Charlatans on the main stage line-up is Tony Christie, 808 State, Goldie Lookin' Chain, Fenech Soler, Erland and the Carnival, Glasgow Gospel Choir, and The Raw Kings.

Buzzcocks make a return to the ninth Wickerman festival which happens on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th July 2010 at Dundrennan, South West Scotland, in deepest Galloway to headline the Scooter Tent with Pama International, and Orange also joining the bill.

There are also acts announced for the Axis Sound System Reggae Tent with Dr Huxtable, Big Toes HiFi, Bushrocker, Chapter 4, mikey don, Mr. P., DJ Scratchy, and Steve (Tauntra) DJ Set all confirmed to appear.

New additions in the Acoustic Village include Blueflint, Leila and I, Beth Fouracre, Chris Bradley, Rachel Sermanni, Mark Wilson, Some Boy, Lo Fi Lung, David Gibb, Lee Mottram, and The Bedsit Cabaret.

They join the previously announced Saturday headliners Ocean Colour Scene and a line-up that includes The Saw Doctors, Codeine Velvet Club, Sons & Daughters, The Grass Mountain Hobos, The Undertones, Back To The Planet, The Sex Pistols Experience, Ed Tudor Pole, The Amphetameanies, Doll & The Kicks, Root System, Strawberry Blondes, Monkeyrush, Counterfeit Clash, and many more. The festival welcomes families, and features two main stages, as well as a dance area, acoustic and reggae tents, a campsite, trade stalls, alternative area, bars, and food stalls.

Weekend adult tickets cost £85, teens aged 13-15 cost £42.50, kids under 13 are admitted free. To buy, click here.

This year's fancy dress theme is Vampires and Werewolves. Festival goers are invited to bring their Halloween costumes and get in the Hammy Horror groove for next July's fangtastic celebration of all things Fiery and Fearsome.
