Massive Attack have been confirmed for this summer's The Big Chill Festival which will take place from Thursday 5th until Sunday 8th August at Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire.

Massive Attack, and M.I.A. will headline with one more headliner still to be announced. Also confirmed are Roy Ayers, Kelis, Henrik Schwarz, Kruder & Dorfmeister, and Roots Manuva.

They will be joined by London Elektricity, Kirsty Almeida, Gilles Peterson, The Leisure Society, Netsky, Breakage, Layo & Bushwacka!, Foreign Beggars, The Heatwave, Futureboogie, Terry Callier, Plan B, and El Diablo's Social Club.

Heading for the Big Chill will also be Andreya Triana, Ed Harcourt, Danielle Moore, Quiet Voices, The Shoes, Jose Padilla, Matthew Herbert's One Club, Daniel Wang, John Harris, Magnetic Man, 2020 Soundsystem, Keyboard Choir,Smoove & Turrell, Wax Tailor and N-Type.

They will be joined by Apples & Snakes, John Harris, John Hegley, Ashley Beedle & Darren Morris present Mavis, feat. Candi Staton, Cherilyn McNeil, Kurt Wagner, John Turrell, Chris Coco, Zero 7 (DJ set), Norman Jay, Taylor McFerrin, Nicole Conti Jazz Combo, Appleblim, Top Shelf Jazz, Andrew Weatherall, Seth Troxler & Jamie Jones, Tensnake, Redlight, Gaggle, DJ Derek, PBR Streetgang, Mad Professor, Martyn, and Greg Wilson.

Completing the line-up High Contrast, Tinie Tempah, John Hegley, The Bug, Mixmaster Morris, Jose Padilla, Cringe, The Fisherman's Friends, Toddla T & MC Serocee, Danny Byrd, The Black Seeds, Little Dragon, Starsmith, The Fantasy Funk Band, The Phenomenal Handclap Band, Mr Scruff, Alice Russell, Bebel Gilberto, Dam-Funk, Crazy P (DJ Set), Joker, Fluidnation, and Easy Star All Stars.

Artist Spencer Tunick will be calling on Big Chill ticket holders to disrobe for one of his renowned nude landscape pieces at the festival.

The Big Chill festival has outdoor bars and stages with live music, DJs, VJs, A/V acts, comedy, dance, art installations and more. Musical styles include dance and electronic, alternative/indie and of course, chill. This year will be the 15th anniversary of the festival.

This year's event is the first since the Big Chill Festival brand was bought out by Festival Republic. Chillfest Ltd had run the festival since 2003 but was forced into voluntary liquidation in October last year.

The Big Chill offers both families and ravers a diverse range of art, films, poetry, cabaret, kids spaces, comedy, and literature in addition to the music.

Tickets are on sale priced at £155 per adult with a maximum of 4 tickets able to be bought per household, teen tickets (13 to 17 years old) are priced at £60, and kid (12 and under) are £4. Live-in vehicle tickets are priced at £50 (per vehicle for the weekend), and car park tickets are £7.50 in advance, more on the gate. Sunday Day tickets are priced at £70 and are only valid for camping on Sunday night.
