David Gray, Squeeze, Jackson Browne, and The Feeling are amongst the first names to be confirmed for Cornbury Music Festival.

The first acts announced for the seventh year of the festival which takes place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th July 2010 at Cornbury Park, Charlbury, in Oxfordshire include on Saturday a line-up of David Gray, Squeeze, Noisettes, Buddy Guy, Imelda May, Candi Staton, Dr John, The New Forbidden, Staxs featuring Kiki Dee and Louise Marshall.

Sunday's line-up includes Jackson Browne, The Feeling, Newton Faulkner, Reef, The Blockheads, Dhol Foundation, Kathryn Tickell, Fisherman's Friend, and The Raghu Dixit Project.

Hugh Phillimore, founder and organiser of the Cornbury Festival, comments: "I'm thrilled with the line up for this year's Cornbury Festival. I can't wait to welcome David Gray and Jackson Browne to what I like to call my wonderful garden party."

A weekend adult ticket is priced at £95 (with an extra charge of £20 for camping, or the quiet camping option), a young person weekend tickets (for those aged 13-16 years old inclusive) is priced at £47.50 (with camping £67.50). Child aged 12 years and under, and adults over 70 years of age can attend for free (but need tickets). A campervan ticket is priced at £40.

Saturday or Sunday Day tickets for adults are priced at £55, with a Young Person (13-16 years old inclusive) priced at £27.50. Once again tickets will be 'Print at home' which literally does mean you print your tickets at home!

Disabled tickets (free of charge) will be available direct from the festival office - an application form is available to download from the website.

In addition to the music, the festival offers a variety of attractions including a fairground, many morris dance pageants, children's theatre workshops, theatre workshops, arts and crafts, speciality shops, novelty acts and upmarket catering offering everything from champagne and cappuccinos to real ale.

Day tickets will be available when general tickets go on sale. Once again tickets will be 'Print at home' which literally does mean you print your tickets at home!
