2000trees Festival has announced a host of new additions for this summer's line-up.

Flashguns
The lastest additions for the festival which returns for a fourth year on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th July at Upcote Farm, Withington, Cheltenham, in Gloucestershire include Your Twenties as second stage headliners.

New acts for the Tree House (main stage) are And So I Watch You From Afar, Three Trapped Tigers, Flashguns, and Skeletons & the Empty Pockets.

Leaf Lounge (second stage) additions include Little Fish, Orphans & Vandals, Vessels, Midnight Mile, A Genuine Freakshow, Lo-fi Culture Scene, and Cats and Cats and Cats.

And new acts for the Greenhouse (third stage) are Jake Morley, Shoes and Socks Off, Men Diamler, Dan Conti, The SideStep Project, Aspen Sails, Oxygen Thief, Mayflys, Joe Summers, Ruth Bewsey, Carlos and the Jackal, Every Other Ones.

One of the festival organisers Andy Rea, said, "The first review I read this week touted 2000trees Festival as 'one of the hottest tickets of the summer' which was a really great reward for our efforts. We think we've brought together our strongest line-up yet and we can?t wait to see them perform. Ticket sales reflect that strength, but we also believe the intimate and friendly atmosphere of the event makes people return year after year.

"We know the giant festivals can afford to pull in the biggest acts of the moment, but we offer a different focus on discovering your new favourite band, without some of the headaches that go with huge events. We've had over 1,000 band applications and every band we book we've seen live, so we know the pedigree is there."

Headliners The Subways and Frank Turner were announced last month, along with Bombay Bicycle Club (NME?s Best New Band 2010), Metronomy, 65 Days of Static, The Xcerts, Crazy Arm and local heroes Jim Lockey & the Solemn Sun who are the first names for two full days featuring more than 60 acts on three stages, as well as the addition of comedy running during the day on the third stage, DJs, headphone disco and campfire sing-a-longs, plus an extra day of music and fun for the first 500 people who purchase early entry passes for Thursday 15th July.

Weekend tickets are available priced at £50. Tickets for the VIP special guests night happening on Thursday are also available as is a Joint ticket with Y-Not festival priced at £90 which offers entry to both 2000trees and their sister festival Y-Not in Derbyshire. Child tickets for 0-10 year olds are free (but require a ticket), and a campervan ticket is priced at £30. Please note that Campervan Tickets must be purchased in conjunction with a Weekend Camping Ticket. Towed caravans are prohibited.
