tickets on sale today for Doves' Forest Concert

Tickets go on sale from 9am today for Doves' East Anglian date this summer as part of the Forestry Commission’s Live Music series of concerts in spectacular woodland locations around the country.

Doves have announced they will be appearing at Thetford Forest, Nr Brandon, in Suffolk on Saturday 12th June 2010 as part of The Forestry Commission's 2010 Forest Tours.

Tickets are priced at £28, and will be available from 9am today.

The Forestry Commission is committed to taking woodlands to new audiences and making them relevant to people in new ways. The forest tour is self-sustaining, paying for itself, and any profit generated goes back into improving woodlands for both wildlife and the public to enjoy.

Money generated by Forestry Commission Live Music ticket sales is spent directly on the nation's woodlands, benefiting everything from butterflies to mountain bikers.
