As previously announced the The Xbox Live Stage also returns this year to the natural amphitheatre in the Blue Campsite. The stage has a massive 46 sq metre, high-quality LED screen, featuring live performances, VJ sets, video games, movies, and TV shows. Proceedings will kick off on Thursday and run each day from 2pm until late.

Other new additions to the campsite include lots more seating areas, open air barbecue areas (only disposable barbecues are permitted on site and can only be used in the designated areas), phone recharging facilities, and improved locker facilities.

Bui Bolg, the guys who brought the giant Stonehenge style entrance arch will return to place 20 weird and wonderful pop art items throughout the campsite to help navigate around the site. These will include lemon wedges, skateboards and a space invader!
