The line-up of new music acts playing the goNORTH Stage at Rock Ness have been announced.

Offering a line-up of emerging musicians, bands, DJs and songwriters, the goNORTH Stage will run across Friday, Saturday and Sunday within the Nesstival area and promises to be a must-check fixture to see the 'next big thing'.

The bands who playing beside the edge of Loch Ness from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June are Alex Cornish, Barn Owl, Bronto Skylift, Call To Mind, and Casiokids, Cast Of The Capital, Colour-Coded, Come On Gang!, Daily Bread, Dotjr, The French Wives, Hey Enemy, Jack Butler, and Keser, Mitchell Museum, Nacional, Our Lunar Activities, Pooch, Strawhouses, Spyamp, St Deluxe, Team William, and Theatre Fall, The Naked Strangers, The Ray Summers, Tone, Trapped In Kansas, Vcheka, We See Lights, and Yahweh.

Jim King, the Festival Director of Rock Ness said, "GoNORTH has been an important feature of Rock Ness over the last three years and they’re bringing some really exciting new bands again this year. They’re also hosting the new and suitably larger Black Isle Pub which is going to have a great vibe as well as some outstanding organic brews. This arena really represents the commitment we want to make to new artists and we’re delighted to see GoNORTH back with us once again."

Acts previously confirmed for the banks of Loch Ness include The Flaming Lips, and Placebo headlining on Friday, Basement Jaxx, Orbital, and Dizzee Rascal who will play on the Saturday, with Biffy Clyro and The Prodigy playing on the Sunday. Rock Ness has also announced Super Furry Animals, David Guetta, The Wombats, Erol Alkan, Zane Lowe, Rob Da Bank, and more. There will be many more than 100 acts performing. All ticket types are now on sale with 1 day, 2 day or 3 day tickets available, and camping available. Rock Ness also enables festival goers to park and camp directly beside the Arena.

Ticket prices:
Non camping tickets: £55 for day ticket (Friday £45), £105 for 2 day (Sat + Sun) non camping ticket, or £130 for 3 day non camping ticket.
Camping Tickets: £122 for 2 day (Sat + Sun) camping ticket, or £139 for 3 day camping ticket.
