The Killers are to headline the Friday at Hard Rock Calling as the event expands to three days.

Hard Rock Calling has announced that the event in Hyde Park, London will be extended to a three-day event, starting on Friday 26th June, with The Killers headlining the Hyde Park stage.

Also announced for Friday are The Kooks, who will be joining The Killers as their main support, with more acts still to be announced.

John Probyn, Chief Operating Officer at Live Nation commented on extending the festival to three days, "Going to 3 days was a big step for us and Hard Rock, and then the Killers came along and in my book, that's a no brainer. We are committed to bringing great music to the heart of London every summer and with such an amazing line up this year, there is something for everyone."

Tickets for Friday will be on sale from 9am this Friday, 3rd April and eFestivals will have links for you to buy tickets then.

Hard Rock Calling features a main stage, second stage and a festival feel with site art, stalls, food, and drink vendors. Neil Young will headline the Saturday night and will be joined on the bill by Fleet Foxes, Ben Harper & Relentless7, Seasick Steve, and The Pretenders. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will headlining on Sunday 28th June, with support from Dave Matthews Band, and The Gaslight Anthem.
