The rave renegade trio of The Prodigy, are renowned for their high-octane shows. There headline performance will have an ocean of fans dancing and jumping together for one of those never to be forgotten festival moments.
As eFestivals previously reported, Orbital, will be celebrating their twentieth anniversary with their headline show at this year's Global Gathering. With fifteen years of active service and a back catalogue of roof-raising anthems plus a wicked sense of humour, their set is sure to impress.
Having found success following a remix of their co-headliners, The Prodigy's track 'Voodoo People', Australian trio Pendulum have single-handedly conquered the world of drum and bass in their first twelve months together. Now, they find themselves confirmed as headliners at this year's Global Gathering.
James Algate, Global Gathering Festival Organiser said, "This year's festival once again promises electronic music fans a stellar line-up. With the live stage, eight musical arenas, including the Godskitchen marquee, the biggest in Europe holding a staggering 15000 people, this summer's weekend is set to be a crowd pleaser. The festival has always been pioneering in improving the customer experience and listening to feedback through the busy online community. This year is no exception and we are pleased to announce a deposit ticketing scheme for this summers festival."
The ticket scheme allows festival goers to pay for tickets using an instalment ticketing system which allows people to put down a £50 deposit and pay the balance before midnight on Friday 15th May 2009.
Early bird tickets are on sale at the price of £115. To buy tickets or pay a deposit, click here.
Considered the heavyweight champion of dance festivals, this over 18s only event covers the entire spectrum of dance music with musicians, DJs and performers entertaining up to 50,000 people with next generation technology, inter-galactic visuals, and sound systems guaranteed to take the crowd 'to another dimension'. Global Gathering offers a euphoric marathon of aural ecstasy from all ends of the dance spectrum including House, Trance, Leftfield, Breaks and much more.
