American indie band Cold War Kids are amongst the latest additions to the line-up for Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival which happens in Inverness-shire, Scotland.
The other new names added to the bill for Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August are rock electronica outfit Infadels, new wave popsters Elle S'Appelle and alt garage band The Brute Chorus.
Scottish act The Twilight Sad, the indie folk group Frightened Rabbit and breakbeat dubbers Dreadzone making a return to Belladrum, conclude the latest announcement of artists.
The headline acts for 2008 are confirmed as Waterboys and Scouting For Girls. Idlewild, Jefferson Starship, Nouvelle Vague, Justin Currie, Edwyn Collins, Rachel Unthank & the Winterset, Kathryn Williams and Lisa Knapp are some of the latest artists confirmed. Belladrum offers plenty of interest aside from the music including an array of entertainment for children. Attractions include street theatre, cabaret, cinema, dance, alternative therapies, stalls, food and drink.
