GuilFest, which takes place at Stoke Park, Guildford, Surrey from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th July has announced the first acts for this year.

'Pumping On Your Stereo' on the Friday are Supergrass, while Saturday will see a reformed Squeeze play their only summer show. This will be the first time their founder members Glenn Tilbrook and Chris Difford have performed together as Squeeze since 1998. With a string of classic hits such as 'Cool for Cats', 'Up the Junction', 'Labelled with Love', and 'Take Me I'm Yours', Squeeze's appearance at GuilFest promises to be one of the highlights of the 2007 festival season.

On the Sunday, Madness' headline performance will bring the festival to its close. With twenty-one top-twenty hits, Madness are as exciting and dynamic now as they ever were, and a firm favourite with music fans young and old. With hits including 'One Step Beyond', 'Night Boat To Cairo', 'Baggy Trousers', 'House of Fun', 'Our House' and 'My Girl' get ready to “move your feet, to the rockiest, rock-steady beat of madness... one step beyond!”

Support for Madness on Sunday will be from The Magic Numbers, whose self titled debut album smashed through the charts to become a double platinum hit. After relentless touring and recording of their second album the band will be performing a stunning set of new songs and old hits.
