after new acts are announced Mon 10th Apr 06 Weekend tickets are have completely sold out for Larmer Tree Festival, taking place across Wed 12th July - Sun 16th July. A spokesperson for the festival said today, "They are selling faster than ever ... All 3 and 4-day tickets have sold out! There are still a few day tickets available for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday but customers need to act quickly if they want to experience the magic on these days". This year, more 4-day tickets have been sold than ever before with a flurry of people keen to take in the Festival-style line-up organised for Thursday 13th July, featuring Kate Rusby, Afro Celt Sound System and The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, followed by the weekend of music, workshops and more. The latest rush of ticket sales came after recent line-up additions were announced, with acts including King Creosote, Seth Lakeman, Martyn Joseph, Nuru Kane & The Bayefall Gnawa, Eddie Martin with Mamadou Cissoko, Martha Tilston, Martin Harley Band, Michael Wookey Band and the inimitable Pronghorn. Many more bands, workshops, street theatre and comedy acts will be added to the line-up during the months to follow, so keep an eye on eFestivals for all the latest developments.
