T in the Park normally sells out - last year it took ten weeks. During a month long limited buying period last summer, 33% of tickets for this year were sold. Since the first acts were announced on Friday, it's taken just four days from Saturday to sell the remaining tickets. T in the Park is more popular than ever!
The list of acts confirmed so far for this year are: Foo Fighters, Green Day, Travis, Keane, The Killers, Embrace, Prodigy, The Streets, James Brown Kasabian, Audioslave, Ian Brown, Beautiful South, Razorlight, The Coral, and Biffy Clyro. Many more acts will be confirmed over the coming weeks, to a total of 120 over nine stages.
T in the Park 2005 takes place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th July, at Balado, nr Kinross.
