Glastonbury Festival Glastonbury Festival 2004

This week sees BBC Four (available to those with satellite/cable/Freeview) transmit two one-hour long highlights programmes on Friday night (6th August) from this year's Glastonbury Festival.

According to the BBC website, "The programmes focus on idiosyncratic and international artists rather than the main stage. They contain short films on topics including spiritual geography and the English National Opera's debut festival performance."

The first show is from 9pm until 10pm, and features James Brown, Joss Stone, Arthur Lee, Zero 7, Mikey Dread, Daara J, Damien Rice, and Toots & the Maytals. The programme will be repeated at 2.50am on Saturday 7 August and at 12.25am on Monday 9 August.

The second show is from 10:30pm until 11:30pm, and features Bonnie Raitt, Jamie Cullum, Josh Rouse, Amy Winehouse, Christy Moore, Ojos de Brujo, Michael Franti & Spearhead, and Ozomatli. The programme will be repeated at 2.55am on Sunday 8 August and at 1.25am on Monday 9 August.
