Scissor Sisters join T in the Park

Tuesday 2nd March 2004


After five new acts were announced earlier today, Scissor Sisters are the latest name added for T in the Park, which takes place at Balado near Kinross on 10th and 11th July.

They joined the previously announced acts of David Bowie, The Darkness, The Pixies, Muse, Chemical Brothers, The Strokes, N*E*R*D, Franz Ferdinand, Snow Patrol, and Dogs Die in Hot Cars.

No day for any band has yet been confirmed. For the full list of confirmed band, as well as some rumours, click here. Loads more bands will be added over the coming months, to a final total of about 120 bands on 8 stages over the two days.

Tickets have already been onsale for a while, and it looks as though this year will sell out quicker than ever; don't hang about, else you risk missing out.

Weekend tickets are on sale at the "early bird" (until March 31st) prices of £70 for both days, and £83 for both days with camping. Day tickets are also now on sale, priced at £42.50.
