Milk from Worthy Farm's Friesian dairy cows - which graze in the fields where the Festival takes place - is now made into 'Glastonbury Festival Mature Cheddar' to help raise funds for Water Aid. For every kilo that is sold 10p is donated to WaterAid.

The family-run dairy farm produces milk for neighboring farms to make cheese, such as Maryland Farm, which is owned by the Barber family. The Glastonbury Cheddar is produced on the Barber's farm.

Glastonbury Mature Cheddar is a firm bodied cheese with a distinctive and complex flavour that has been matured for 12 months. The distinguishing aspects of this cheese are its pronounced 'clean' cheddar flavour and delicious aftertaste.

Glastonbury Festival Mature Cheddar is on sale - priced at £5.69 per kg - in selected Sainsbury's stores.

Water Aid is one of Glastonbury Festival's three main good causes (the others being Oxfam and Greenpeace), which benefit from the Festival. Water Aid are the UK's only major charity which is dedicated to providing safe water, sanitation and hygiene promotion to the poorest people in Africa and Asia.
