Two eighteen year olds have been convicted of using or threatening unlawful violence at Leeds festival last August after pleading guilty. They will be sentenced at a later date.

A total of fifteen people, including five juveniles, have been charged following the trouble, with the other cases yet to come to court. Although this trouble has raised questions about the future of the festival, Mean Fiddler seemed confident just after last years event that it would continue there in 2003.
