We are a small family business based in Gloucestershire.We have an authentic hand-built wooden cart with our own power supply. It has a built in sugaring machine where we produce a selection of sweet nuts giving wonderful aromas while being made.
Besides the nut range, we also make Dutch Mini Pancakes that are called 'Poffertjes'. These are approximately 2 inches in diameter, basically they are pancakes in miniature. We can refit the cart with a poffertjes plate which is made of copper where we prepare up to 70 poffertjes at a time, selling 6 or 10 poffertjes per portion served traditionally with a thin slice of butter and dusted with powder sugar or a variety of other toppings ie chocolate sauce, strawberries and cream. The process of making the pancakes are fun to watch as well as delicious to eat.
