Well my thoughts are that I’m glad I saw them with Lindsey Buckingham, as for G headliners they would be fantastic, although without LB they will lose that bit of bite you get between him and Stevie nicks with the songs they wrote about each other.

on the plus side you would get a few crowded house numbers thrown into the set.

The Mac would go down an absolute storm, seem to also be popular among the yoof as well.

Yes, was surprised how many yoofs were singing along to the old hits at the O2 last time around. Think they would be a popular headliner, with a genuine sense of it being ‘an event’ (albeit not in the Stones league), although marred for me with it no longer being an authentic Mac line up.

Yeah, I'm 20 and everyone my age seems to love Dreams, Little Lies, Oh Well, The Chain, Everywhere, Go Your Own Way and all that stuff, more so than a lot of other classic rock bands to be fair.

Agreed about it being annoying there not being the complete Mac lineup, but hopefully that won't matter at the end of the day. As others have said here they may play a couple of tracks that Lindsey stopped them from playing.

Can't deny I'd rather see then with Lindsey Buckingham.

On their tour though, it's strange how many acts seem to finish a tour on Philly.

i read an interview with Mick yesterday where he said that not having Lindsey as part of the band means they can play some proper oldies.

Tho I suspect Lindsey might be back with the band before that USA tour finishes. His 'sacking' was a scheduling issue rather than a fall-out.

I think that's exactly the same thing that happened last time they toured without him - they wanted to tour and he couldn't face it.

from what Mick said it didn't sound like that.

Lindsey didn't want to start rehearsals in June, and suggested November instead. The rest of the band wanted to get on with it.

November 2019 was quoted in the article I read. If that's the case, you can't blame them really. They might have died of old age by then.

I can think of nobody less interesting and enthusing than FM headlining. Bunch of money-grabbing hasbeens. Get out of here.

I have finally found something on which we disagree. Well not about the money-grabbing hasbeens part obviously but I would still like to see them. I can think of loads of people i find less enthusing - Stone Roses, Muse, Arctic bloody Monkeys...

Actual prophecies in the Book of Revelations that signal the Second Coming of Christ and the End of Days.

 - Global earthquakes

 - Catastrophic crop failures

 - The Sixth Trumpet War

 - @Mardy at the barrier in the pit, tears streaming down his face, singing Christine McVies bit in "Don't Stop".
