Are cameras allowed?

Just wondering whether I can take my slr camera into the festival?

Also, is there wifi on site?

Yes, you can bring your SLR camera. I brought mine last year with no problems. There's WiFi near the tipi tent/food vendors but that's all I think.

They're running a photo competition at the moment so I'd say it is even encouraged.

The location is very photogenic and there are many opportunities to take pictures.  I took my SLR last year, and may again this year.  I would definitely recommend taking a one, though not sure if there is any lockup facilities to leave it somewhere. 

I bet you don't leave without a few pictures that include the peacocks
